As for Chinese products, the Oregon and Carlton LP chains are made in China. Most of their smaller laminated bars are also made in China. Chinese steel is no longer used in any of the Oregon - Carlton - Trilink chains, or bars.The 50 to 1 had lost something like 30% of its original horsepower at the end of the test. For kicks or whatever the test group put the 15 to 1 mix in the engine that lost power on 50 to 1 and checked horsepower again and it came back up very significantly. According to Acres site the 2-10 should have a McCulloch carburetor and also has points. I'm pretty sure some have changed the carb over to a Walbro however. That's a fairly old saw, maybe someone has already changed it over.The Sugihara bars have advantages, and disadvantages. They oil quite well and wear slowly.
