Apparentely there is a sensor in the master brake cylinder that sends a signal to the brake controller, the sensor is probably faulty. The sensor cannot be replaced separately. It also says it has a TBC Fault. I have read all the posts on TBC fault codes. I have a 2006 with the ndredded TBC Fault- TBC fault at start up, and when operating the brake controller manually. The TBC fault comes on with or without a trailer hooked up and even if the controller is unplugged (behind the controller in the dash). The brakes and trailer lights all work fine ....
