Is it really running perfectly at high speed - to check, find out how many turns out the H screw is, it should be around 1. Replace the wing screws, used for pulling the arms out against the seal, with torx screws. Don't tighten too much, but you have a lot more grip on the seal.The 592 is lighter and has noticeably more power than the 395 or the 660. It seems to use considerably less fuel than either my 395 or 660. One thing I did like was the power curve is flatter than my 572. The standard 362 and 362C ignitions are different as the 362C is the m-tronic saw. The part number you have is the correct one for the carb'd 362. The mufflers are built the same way as the ms361 is. They have a very restricted exhaust. Theres a thread on here that Lakeside53 did on modding the 361 muffler. See if you can find it. It's an easy mod and works pretty good. Me, I like to uncrimp the muffler and pull the whole baffle system out of the muffler.ArboristSite Lurker.
